Crazy for Kale!

How did we ever manage without kale?? It was certainly never a ‘green’ that appeared on my plate growing up but now its part of our weekly vegetable consumption!

Did you know that:
• Kale is amongst the most nutrient dense foods on the planet
• Kale is loaded with powerful antioxidants & excellent source of vitamin C and K
• Kale can help lower cholesterol

As a family, we either eat it tossed in a hot pan with some garlic, olive oil, sea salt and lemon juice or roasted in a hot oven to make kale chips. Nicole xo
